Our full terms of service are shown in the client area when you order, and you agree to them before any service starts. They cover what each plan includes, payment, fair and acceptable use, and how either of us can end the service.

Privacy
This website
This website has no forms, no tracking and no analytics. Like every web server, ours keeps short-term access logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to keep the service secure and working. They are not used for marketing.
When you become a customer
We hold the details you give us in the client area, such as your name, contact details, billing details and support history. We use them to provide your services, bill you, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we only share it where needed to run your service (for example, domain registries) or where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. The client area at my.kithwick.com uses only the cookies it needs to keep you logged in and to run your basket.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us and we'll put it right. Call 0141 212 1212 or email [email protected] with the word "Complaint" in the subject. We'll acknowledge it within two working days and aim to resolve it within ten.
